Dr. G. Krishna Kumar is a consultant neurosurgeon with expertise in brain tumor surgery, skull base surgery, neuro-oncology, cerebrovascular surgery, and advanced neurosurgical procedures. He has a special interest in functional preservation (“onco-functional balance”) in brain tumor surgery, intraoperative neuromonitoring, and multidisciplinary neuro-oncology care.
He previously served at Apollo Proton Cancer Centre, Chennai, where he was actively involved in complex cranial and spine surgeries, especially in patients requiring advanced oncological and precision neurosurgical care.
He is currently associated with SRM Prime Hospital, Chennai, where he is involved in developing comprehensive patient-centric neurosciences services.
